Daughters of Alcoholic Fathers Revisited: A group for
women 50 and older
CARYL PRIPUSICH, L.I.S.W.
This group will explore the desires, hopes, and fears as we grow older and try to live with more
wholeness, creativity, and imagination. This is a time where we can understand more clearly
what our soul work is all about. We will meet for 4 weeks, 4 times during the year. We will use
the in between time to journal, walk, practice yoga and meditation, and other creative endeavors.
When we come together, we will use one another as a sounding board to help us continue on
our journey of living with more consciousness. This is not a therapy group for women to explore
for their first time all the identity issues that arise when growing up with an alcoholic father.
This is a group for revisiting and creating an identity for ourselves in this next phase of our life.
